This Privacy Policy describes YoungRF's policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information. YoungRF receives your information through our various web sites, SMS, APIs, services and third-parties ("Services"). When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Irrespective of which country that you reside in or create information from, your information may be used by YoungRF in any country where YoungRF operates. No information from children under age 13.
If you are under age 13, please do not attempt to register for YoungRF or provide any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from a child under age 13, please contact us at privacy@youngrf.com.
Parental participation.
We strongly recommend that minors 13 years of age or older ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet and we encourage parents to teach their children about safe internet use practices.
Information Collection and Use
Information Collected Upon Registration.
When you create or reconfigure a YoungRF account, you provide some personal information, such as your name, username, password, and email address. Some of this information, such as your name and username, is listed publicly on our Services, including on your profile page and in search results.
Additional Information.
You may provide us with additional information to make public, such as a short biography, your location, or a picture. You may customize your account with information such as a cell phone number for the delivery of SMS messages or your address book so that we can help you find YoungRF users you know. We may use your contact information to send you information about our Services or to market to you. You may unsubscribe from these messages by following the instructions contained within the messages or the instructions on our web site. If you email us, we may keep your message, email address and contact information to respond to your request. Providing the additional information described in this section is entirely optional.
Transactional Information.
We may retain the details of transactions or payments you make on YoungRF. If you do not want us to store your payment source account number, you can remove it using your payments page.
Friend Information. We offer contact importer tools to help you upload your friends’ addresses so that you can find your friends on YoungRF, and invite your contacts who do not have YoungRF accounts to join. If you give us your password to retrieve those contacts, we will not store your password after you have uploaded your contacts’ information.
Information we collect when you interact with YoungRF:
Site activity information.
We keep track of some of the actions you take on YoungRF, such as adding connections (including joining a group or adding a friend), creating a photo album, sending a gift, indicating you “like” a post, attending an event,writing a blog, creating a forum and poll or connecting with an application. In some cases you are also taking an action when you provide information or content to us. For example, if you share a video, in addition to storing the actual content you uploaded, we might log the fact that you shared it.
Access Device and Browser Information.
When you access YoungRF from a computer, mobile phone, or other device, we may collect information from that device about your browser type, location, and IP address, as well as the pages you visit.
Cookies
We use "cookies" (small pieces of data we store for an extended period of time on your computer, mobile phone, or other device) to make YoungRF easier to use, to make our advertising better, and to protect both you and YoungRF. For example, we use them to store your login ID (but never your password) to make it easier for you to login whenever you come back to YoungRF. We also use them to confirm that you are logged into YoungRF, and to know when you are interacting with YoungRF applications and websites, our widgets and Share buttons, and our advertisements. You can remove or block cookies using the settings in your browser, but in some cases that may impact your ability to use YoungRF.

YoungRF uses a variety of services hosted by third parties to help provide our Services, such as games and utilities, and to help us understand the use of our Services. These services may collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, such as cookies or your IP request.

We may share or disclose your information with your consent, such as when you use a third party web client to access your YoungRF account.

Business Transfers
In the event that YoungRF is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The promises in this privacy policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity.
Non-Private or Non-Personal Information
We may share or disclose your non-private, aggregated or otherwise non-personal information, such as your public posts, comments or the number of users who clicked on a particular link (even if only one did).
Changes to this Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will always be on this page. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material,we will provide you additional, prominent notice as appropriate under the circumstances, for example by email. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
